Aging-In-Place Remodeling

I had to hire another contractor from Murrieta ( owners name is Nick) to do soo many repairs at our home We didnt have the kind of remodelling that you do when getting age prevents you of going around the house, or taking a shower We spend 250,000 ( because my husband said yes to everything Tyler ( the owner) offer to do to the house He even told my husband that he preferred not to have me around when workers were here.. We did not get A ramp for wheelchair A different bathroom for easier access to shower We did change anything in the master bathroom Tyler manipulated my husband when I wasnt home. My beautiful spa area ( had 3 steps and a rail) to go up,and I was planning to put soil and grow vegetables and plants there, when I returned home from a trip it was all destroyed to the ground and Tyler with out even talking it over with me ( wife) did it so he can make more money My master bedroom upstairs had the opposite make over.. He raised the floor and my husband who is 75 has to go down two steps from the bed to the bathroom. He really withdrew lots.. lots of money from my husband. I have battery operated candles, two in each step so my husband doesnt fall.. Sad for Tyler to take advantage of people with old age memory Paint is peeling- rust came up the surface- my husband paid for electric shades that we never got. Tyler ignored my calls for refund Our house has tall ceilings and I have to climb the super high ladder that is two pieces to try to reach high up the plug to charge it My husband didnt want to sue him because we like traveling to Europe and he didnt want to deal with it Also when he did some remodelling years ago Tyler was on site checking everything and the job was perfect. Now he has guys doing his jobs. His name is on the paperwork but not HIM. One of his workers told me that he takes so many jobs and he has a couple managers to go around and this way he can do a lot of traveling Also he employs Illegals and pays them less than minimum wage. Also Tyler told him and another guy that if I talk to them to leave..my houseHe also told my husband that if he needs the guy to finish TO MAKE SURE Faye ( ME) SHE IS NOT THERE

Great customer service, a super work crew and delivered as promised. We had a Stiltz elevator installed and the work was excellent and very professional. I'd be happy to have my friends and neighbors see what they built.

They installed a Stiltz lift in our home. They were fabulous to work with. They showed up every day and completed the job in 8 days as promised. They cleaned up every night also.

Can I say that Aging in Place is Excellent quality, Good Value, Professional, Responsive and On time? We were looking for an alternative to a stair chair lift and found Tyler Owen and his company, Aging in Place. They have been in business 18 years and know what they are doing. Tyler came out multiple times to work out the plans for where we were going to put the Stiltz lift. He answered all of our questions and worked with us completely. Even answered texts on time. The quoted price was fair. When it came to the install his crew of 2-3 men worked hard and were professional, courteous and treated our home like it was theirs. Six days later our lift was ready to ride. It is quiet, smooth and very high tech. It looks as though it's always been there.
