We happened upon GHD by complete luck. When we were unimpressed with another company, we ventured by their showroom and just happened to be lucky enough to meet Mrs. Brown, who impressed us enough to set up an appt with George. Although the pricing we received from GHD was not less than the other company, the service model was much more desirable, and the owners extremely personable. George has his hand in every step of the process. In the end, we were not thrilled with the effort put forth by the individual overseeing our project (general contractor, maybe?), but that didn't matter all that much because George was so heavily involved. For every error the GC made, George had an immediate fix, and the crew was obviously extremely accountable to George multiple times per week; in the end, George was, at least for our project, much more of the GC. Had it not been for George's oversight, I am sure our experience would have been typical of that with the average GC, but with George's involvement, GHD is fantastic. I would easily work with GHD again, just requesting a different GC. I will add, mid project, we ended up with a flooded house (completed unrelated) and George immediately shifted to add that repair to our project list so that we did not have to juggle a repair company with the work already being done. This made what was a nightmare, well, slightly less of a nightmare. ;) I am extremely grateful he was willing to take on that unexpected event also as it made my life a million times easier. I/we have utmost respect for George, his eye for detail, his involvement, and his resolution of any concerns ASAP. Please do not hesitate to use this company! We used Gallery Home Design for our kitchen remodel. Everything went perfectly for beginning to end. George was fantastic and helped us through each step of the process. I had a great experience being consulted by George on my kitchen remodel.   I appreciated his patience in explaining all the different door options and ways you could change the entire look by shifting the crown molding forward.  All the little details make a big difference in the end result. Doesn't hurt that he has an eye for the pairing of textures and colors.

We used Gallery Home Design to help design our Master Bathroom Remodel. George was knowledgeable and patient as we looked through all of the options he had at his showroom. He was able to put something together for us that looks amazing. I will use them again for future remodels.

We had the absolute best experience working with Gallery Home Design. We waited 13 years to remodel our kitchen and we had high hopes for a creative vision. We got quotes from two well-known kitchen designers in the area, and at a friends recommendation, we reached out to Gallery Home Design. I am so incredibly thankful for that recommendation because GHD truly transformed our home. Listening George, with Gallery Home Design, visited our home and took note of our style and color schemes. We explained our lifestyle and showed him our vision board. He listened and observed how our kitchen operated and heard all our pleas for a functional kitchen. His vision was creative and functional, not to mention beautiful! The other two designers replicated the exact same design that I hated (and requested to be changed)!! Instead of listening, they put in other touches that were never part of our wish list. Additionally, their quotes were comparable to Georges and his out-of-the box creativity. Later in the process we called on George for suggestions on the colors and locations for electric work. He always had a thoughtful explanation that helped us process what could work and what couldnt work in our design. George prepared us for the difference in our kitchen transformation and he was exactly right! Project Management George is a meticulous project manager. He works with a great GC who produces quality work. George visited the house several times per week to ensure things were going well. When he wasnt satisfied with the installation of the flooring HE arranged to meet with the flooring company and brought on a new crew for installation. If we had worked with the competitors, we wouldnt have received this personal touch. With the other designers they design the kitchen and pass it off to their project management team. We needed that personal touch and we always felt George had our best interest. Because he is meticulous and thoughtful, I always trusted his opinion. George set the expectations for the delivery and installation and he worked hard to meet the project deadline. Meeting a deadline with so many delays in shipments is a rarity. Design Georges design was fantastic functional and beautiful. I had a last-minute change on the countertop and George took it all in stride. He walked us through each design element. He prepared us with pictures. And nothing went astray in the installation. His design was perfectly executed. Pleasure to Work with George & Pam I am always skeptical of overly positive reviews, but we honestly cannot find any criticism. George & Pam exceeded our expectations.
