Scruplz Hair, Nails Etc

Went in for the first time yesterday--this is a great little salon. The girls are all very sweet and chatty in just the right way.  Both my daughter and I loved our cuts. The kind of place that will make you coffee for your early appointment. Absolutely loved it!

I have been going to Scruplz for over 20 years. Professional, and fun! You can trust that you will look great and feel good. Prices are great and the people are awesome!

In this place are not professional you trying to do an appointment and they assume you are another lady and asked you a lot of questions, when i ask for the closing time they said we dont have appointments available they are very rude and it was my first time there shame!!!!!

So today I drove from La Jolla to  help my elderly mother get a new washer and dryer set after hers died on her we arrive at a strip mall I stop in this salon to see if I could use the rest room. I'm in advanced heart failure on oxygen hi flow 24 hours a day. I have to walk w/a cane one of my employees has to assist me in walking now and is quite frustrating. I am handicapped obviously I was told no to my request unfortunately for me one of my medications is multiple diaretics which helps me urinate because my heart only works at 13-17% with a pacemaker and difibulator. It was done in a rude and non professional voice. I'm sure they may get plenty of people they would prefer not to deal with but don't act that way without realizing that some people may need assistance. I got sick in a hospital, caught a virus that has attacked my heart and altered my life and now my time is shorty but I treat people with respect. I was blessed to grow up in a household that lacked for nothing from financial to love truly blessed I would never speak to another person in that manner bad day or not just rude you never know I could have ended up being a potential customer instead I won't be good luck to you and in the future I hope you  treat disabled people in a more compassionate way
