Banner Bank

The people at Banner Bank, and especially the Escondido branch have always been amazing to work with. I have been with them since 2010 and am sadly switching banks (moved to a different state with no Banner branches). A few automatic payments that I had forgotten to switch over to the new account went through and over drafted my account. Roxanne, the branch manager, called me completely unprompted to let me know what was going on, and she and Theresa worked with me to get some of the charges refunded. She was also super helpful explaining the easiest way to move my savings over to the new bank. I am sad to be closing my accounts with Banner, but I would definitely recommend it to anyone else.

I have NEVER been treated so well by any bank/credit union/brokerage/financial institution/etc. I am so grateful to have Miss Roxanne and Miss Amanda handling my banking needs. I dont know of a single other branch manager from any other bank who works directly with the customer - Roxanne will take responsibility of your needs, and is quick to handle any concerns/issues you may have - you can count on her. Amanda is so personable and lovely, and she makes deposits simple and easy. I am so glad to have found a bank that treats me like a neighbor instead of another number! Thank you Banner Bank!!!

Don't waste your time or money with this bank in Escondido. The worse. Fee after fee and they could care less about their customers situations. Chase goes above and beyond for their customers.

I am new in town. Frank answered my phone call, answered my questions. Made an appointment the next morning to establish a checking account.  Very informative and very friendly. Highly recommend this bank
