I just got my Qx60 back today from getting it serviced. I am very satisfied with the customer service that Evan S. provided me. He definitely went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. Very professional, punctual, and excellent communication. I had a wonderful experience! Thank you Evan. This guy deserves a raise and a promotion!

I will never buy another car from this dealership. Heres why - they will know exactly who I am. Facts: We bought a used CX5 here. No warranty. As is. Totally understand. Its a used vehicle standard protocol. Facts: When I bought the car, they provided a list of all the things on the vehicle that were found after the trade in of it that had been repaired. One of them included that the car had an oil leak and they replaced the oil pan gasket. We bought the car. Brought it home. Imagine my dismay when I came out the next morning and there was an oil spot under the vehicle. I called my local car repair place, took the car over, and lo and behold it needed an oil pan gasket. What? $350 later the car was back in my driveway. So I called this dealership and said hey, what happened here, because it seems like the repairs that you say were done to the vehicle before I bought it may not have necessarily been done. IMO This was a miss representation of what repairs were actually done to the vehicle. This cost me another $350.00 I called the dealership five times. Once I got ahold of Caesar who said hed investigate and call me back. Then five days of silence. I called again twice got many promises somebody would call me back. Nobody has still called me back. So what else on this car that they say they fixed wasnt actually fixed? Trust broken here. They probably dont care about little ole me. But man this sucked. And ghosting me is a terrible business practice Well I tried calling that number and its to a nissan dealer in El Cajon not to this dealership!?

Had my car serviced by Evan from the Infitini at the Escondido location. I initially went to Kearny and have had repeated bad services where the tech seemed clueless. After several irritating attempts to figure out what was wrong with my car, I decided to give the Escondido location a shot. I ended up getting my car serviced by a gentleman named Evan. He figured out what was wrong and what was needed faster than anyone ever could. He was very kind and accommodating. I'm done with the Kearny location and I'm coming here from now on. Thanks, Evan!

I took delivery of a brand new QX60 at home. 1. The car was not detailed. 2. It was low on gas - I was promised a gas card, but even after several follow up requests, I never received one. 3. There was a tear on the 2nd row leather seat. They repaired it after a third visit to the dealership, but it was done so poorly, I ended up taking it to a different dealership for proper repair.
