        Wish i could put a zero star.. Parts dep, absolutely sucks... they are always rude and seem like they don't want to deal with you, I own 6 Toyota vehicles, that have been bought and serviced through out this entire country and this is by far the worse dealership I have ever delt with.

        Thanks we received excellent service from Toyota of Escondido I hardly recommended it to anyone who wants to get a car service or buy a new Toyota car

        Security is rude disrespectful and physically aggressive. I don't need to have my car touched on the hood to get my attention after I just sat in it and I'm getting ready to leave after I've been spending money at the Toyota of Escondido parts department since the 1990s. Ridiculous experience. Way to go Toyota. You would think after decades of selling Toyotas they would have figured customer satisfaction but apparently not. Making too much money and don't care for an individual.
