The staff here all have hearts of gold. They genuinely care for the fragile population they care for. Priscilla is wonderful. She is professional and an asset to the team. Thank you for all you do!

Management focuses more on filling in the rooms rather, than making sure the residents are well, the Employees are rude towards the people that live there, and visitors, and as well the Nurses are disrespectful to the visitors, If you truly love your love ones I don't recommend, sending them to this place Vista Del Lago, because of lack of supervision and communication that runs the place. Not good at all, always short of stuff, there not doing their job is just horrible, and bad experience my mom had there thank God she out of that place!! Overall, all employees need more professionalism.

Short staffed always, dont care about their employees or residents. As someone whos worked here over 2 years, please dont bring your loved ones here Edit to the owner: Thank you for your response, but my post has nothing to with me not being being employed their as a nurse. I had offered to help temporarily when and only needing until VDL was able to get get replacement nurses and med techs since the turnover rate was so high for our nurses, understandably. Im fully employed and working another position part time. I understood I would be getting a pay cut in the process. Patients not getting their meds in a timely manner, being properly assessed, is a huge problem due to staffing and burn out, understandably. Theres just too many residents to be properly taken care of all at once with minimal staff. There just arent many employees choosing to stay anymore and many have had enough. The quality of care is unfortunately just not there and far from being even considered basic care. Best of luck to VDL

While I havent had the opportunity yet to visit mom in person, I have spoken with many Vista Del Lago employees over the phone. They are consistently friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I believe theyve been very good in helping mom adjust.
