Madera Ridge

Ive seen rats, roaches, ants, spiders, all within only a year of living here. My fiance and I have had enough. Randomly outside sometimes there will be a foul odor that lingers for a few hours. Its embarrassingly trashy. Its embarrassing having friends and family come over when there are homeless people who looked drugged out roaming down the streets. The gate is broken and they leak in and hover around by the parking lot. It makes me feel super unsafe and uncomfortable, since they are obviously on some type of substance. There are so many problems since weve got here.

Don't rent here if you enjoy your peace of mind ! This place looks good on the outside but once you move in it's one nightmare after another! Parking is terrible. Management will make promises to fix the problem that they will never keep. We talking about master stonewalling, gaslighting, games after games !. They will do work on the property that disturbs your privacy with no heads up! They have rats, gate is open all night. Homelessness walking around inside gates. Krista,who seems level heading will pretend to care but they just want to rent out apartments and go home. They don't take pride in their work , you can tell when you walk into the office they can't even stand up to greet you or smile. Terrible

Pretty nice apartment complex, they have community functions at the pool nearly every month. My kids really enjoy the pool and gym.
