This place is an absolute joke so not send your family or self to this place. I've been waiting on a shot for addiction treatment for 2 months now and nobody can take any accountability or give me a single answer as to why it's such a difficult task for something they claim to do all the time. DO NOT PROVIDE HEADLANDS ATS WITH PAYMENT INFORMATION: Ill start off with the Cons first as I believe it is most important in your decision making of contacting Headlands for help or not: Cons: I hesitate to use the s word but this practice took advantage of having my credit card details over in the most unethical way Ive ever been subjected to. After initially charging me $200 for a 10 minute Zoom appointment in February, exactly 3 months later they charged me another $200 with no notice, phone call, email or otherwise. Upon further digging I found messages stating the $200 was what the max I would have to pay, even if I had no insurance this would be the max, is precisely what was translated. They would still be contacting my insurance in effort to have the appointment covered, they just couldnt assure this at that time. Sounded good to me. Turns out of course that was totally untrue, and the $200 I was charged was just because? I never got a full answer from them but their excuse was that my insurance actually ended up not covering anything. So they needed to charge me another $200. With no notice, no bill, etc, etc. Ive attempted to call them back numerous times for them tk provide paperwork or anything I signed stating I agreed to pay $400. Ive had no response in over a month. Truely a sc-m artists move. Pros: Dr Small was helpful during our short video appointment. He gave me advice ona treatment plan that I was able to bring to another provider to execute. (And thankfully this other provider was a more reputable one.) Conclusion: Stay far away and DO NOT give them your payment info.

Poor customer service, employees hang up the phone in the middle of a conversation twice Very unprofessional and it baffles me how they claim to want to help people but cant even help over the phone and hold a decent conversation
