All about smiles has ruined my teeth. I originally came in with a Groupon for a cleaning when they told me I had 4 + cavities. Naively I trusted them and got them filled even though none of them were bothering me. 2 of them fell out within a year and a half. One of them that fell out led to them springing a crown on me which was done poorly and hurt the entire time I had it. I was also promised I would have the same dentist prep me for the crown and then install it after I was crying because I was so nervous and scared. They did not have the same dentist when I came back which I asked about and it was just brushed off. Finally after 7 months of trying to break it in I asked them to replace it because it didnt feel right that I could only chew on one side of my mouth. I got it replaced and a few months later - it has fallen out. I would never recommend this place to anyone who cares about their teeth. They just want your money and the work they do is terrible- trust me, I gave them multiple opportunities to redeem themselves. Honestly, probably more than they deserved. I would give zero stars if I could. Very disappointed.

Very professional and friendly service. I love that they are transparent with their pricing and services prior to working on your teeth. Carol in particular is a wonderful dentist! Highly recommend!

Everyone says their dentist 'is the best' and maybe that's true...BUT Carol at All About Smile Dental Group in Encino, CA is THE best I've ever experienced in my long life. I feel that I almost can sense her intentions and moments she has while she moves her dental instruments as she is in a meditative state while she is working. She is incredible at what she does. Few people these days work this way. You will be impressed as we are if you give her a try. There is something special about this person, Carol... Les Brandt

I went to this Assigned Dental provider office: When presented with cost for diagnosed bridge the receptionist changed fee codes from regular crown fee codes to different retainer crown fee code to avoid using my insurance benefits. The dentist is not owner and is hired along with staff but this I believe in not correct. I was told by dental insurance co to file grievance. Also I need implants and had planned on paying cash for implant bridge.
