Great people especially the ladies at the front desk their lovely made me feel real comfortable because I was freaking . Love them girls the 2 that sit all the way to the right . They deserve a raise.

I have been going to this office for years with no problem. The last few times I have gone, the administration business etiquette has been less than satisfactory. I was just in there today with my 11 year old daughter and I was brought into the business office to discuss her treatment and cost. To my surprise, the business rep went ahead and brought up a supposed late bill from my husbands night guard. She went said it was 80 days late and that it would be going to collections if not paid soon. I was embarrassed in front of my daughter I said let me pay for half of it today. I called my husband and shared what happened. He said that is a mistake, I paid for everything in cash He called the office and they checked the notes and realized they had made a mistake. They refunded the payment I made today. Before leaving the office, I asked my daughter to go validate the parking ticket so that I had a moment alone with the business rep to asked to never discuss our financial billing about our account in front of her. Or any child for that matter. This is very disappointing as I have always enjoyed going to the dentist. This is no ok be sure to keep your records straight , you might end up paying double for services.
