This company is nothing less than fraudulent in every way, they took nearly $10,000 from me only to find out after nearly a year that they were not communicating with the IRS on my behalf and my retro tax were sent to collections, after it I started getting phone calls from a so called expert to work this collections with the IRS for me. Theyre a huge fraud.

This place is fraudulent! I saw them on info wars and usually Alex Jones promotes top notch products and services but this was such a disappointing process. This is the first year I utilized this service. I sent over all my information and paid $350 (yes, $350!!). Didnt hear back from anyone after my initial call. I tried calling back to follow up six times in a span of a month a half only to be told that someone would be reaching out in 2 weeks, then 48 hours three different times. I just wanted a status checkcould not provide that. I was sent a link to their portal and it was somebodys elses Tax return with all their personal information. I called them immediately to notify them of this error and they did not care. I finally called to cancel this service and request and refund and I was finally able to speak to a upper management , she could care less what I had to say and told me I could not get a refund because my taxes had been filed already without my approval or signature. Let me list the people that were involved in my process so anyone considering can avoid at all costs. Dominic Peterson, Federico Matheu, Winston Park, Angela Marin. These are the few I could recall. I did my own taxes at home and got a better return.
