I had a procedure there. I was told they will call me the next day to check I was fine. They never called! Did they forget? do they never call? are they required to do this by law, but they never comply? How come they never forget to get your credit card and their payment? How come it is patient care that usually gets forgotten??

Had my first experience with them back in April very pleasantly surprise with the staff extremely professional courteous informative. I will be having my second procedure there as well definitely recommend them definitely 5 stars on

I have had and continue to have one of the worst experiences with Pre and Post op I have ever encountered. Not only did they force me to be a cash paying customer less than 20 hours before my surgery was scheduled (with a promise as a "courtesy" to bill my insurance company) they have now gone back on their word. They will not provide me with an explanation of services nor did they give me any receipts for the over $6000 that I paid when I walked in there of which $850 had to be cash. Absolutely no consideration for anything but money.
