Scott did a great job helping us work out the details with an accident we were in with a drunk driver. My wife strained her neck and back and he organized physical therapy four months at the insured's cost. The driver basically t-boned us and wanted to walk away from the accident but she was eventually sentenced to 180 days in jail for her third offense. He always took our calls and was attentive to our needs.
