Professional, friendly and efficient staff. Details and justification for my oral surgery were clearly explained by Dr Grasu before the procedure. Discomfort was managed effectively. No one looks forward to surgery, but I feel confident in Dr Grasus care.

Complete and utter waste of time. I will like to begin by saying that having to pay to consult with a primary dentist before seeing the specialist youve been referred to by your dentist is a Ponzi scheme. As to why I am giving this rating, I had booked an appointment with Grasu and was told couple days before the appointment to come in one hr earlier since they had scheduled an operation during my initial scheduled time. On the day of the appointment I called them to let them know that I will be late due to severe traffic and wanted to see if I should still come in to which they agreed. 4 mins away from the office I got a call saying that the consultant could wait no longer. I drove from Porter ranch to Encino (47 min on the day) in vain after taking time off of work. If you want to see schemers and consultants visit Grasus office.
