Dr. Brynie S. Collins, MD

Took my daughter in because she was having some stomach issues and called for a follow up to do some testing because the issues did not go away and they told me they will call me back to schedule some testing which they never did. I waited approximately a few weeks call the doctors office again and again they told me they will call me back For some additional testing which they never did and then I called to get the testing done again. They said that since she has not seen the doctor for a few months, she needs to come back in again which they had a cancellation the same day which I made the appointment, unfortunately my daughter cannot make it last minute so I called them to reschedule which they said they wanted $100 cancellation fee and I told them Ill be more than happy to pay for it even though its not correct I tried to book an appointment for her, but they said they cannot book it until the hundred dollar fee was paid and I told them that I will pay for it once I come in for her appointment and they refused to make her an appointment unless I paid for the fee . Very unprofessional!

Dr. Collins is very professional and smart in her work .She helped my daughter who had heartache for a long time.

This review is long overdue. I'm so grateful to Dr. Collins, she was amazing and made herself available to help me step by step with my baby's GI issues. She came up with a concrete plan on which foods he could and couldn't tolerate and helped me reintroduce those foods as he got older. Wish we knew of Dr. Collins earlier! Highly recommend her!

The absolute worst doctor on the planet. Treated my daughter like she was crazy and told her that her issues were in her head and that she needed to work on her mental health. My daughter walked out of her last appointment and the first thing she said to me was "wow that doctor really hates me". No child should ever feel that was about a doctor.  This is just the start.Not only was she wrong about her diagnosis, she was lazy and uninterested, she never listened but rather talked at you, she failed to perform simple tests and when she did perform a test she failed at that too.Luckily we went to a good doctor. My daughter was immediately diagnosed with a simple x-ray that her bowels were completely full. Perhaps Dr. Collins could have ordered that test?  My daughter was so impacted that she could no longer keep food down. She was vomiting everything she ate. My daughter has also since been diagnosed with SIBO. A simple breath test over a few hours. She's now on a SIBO diet and has had 2 courses of antibiotics.Dr. Collins did do an endoscopy on my daughter. Her new doctors are not sure why she failed to do a simple acid test while she was in there. As well as taking various other pictures that she missed.  Dr. Collins gave up on my daughter a long time ago but thankfully I NEVER will. I would not trust her with a goldfish let alone the well being of my child. Worst mistake I ever made and my daughter suffered for it.
