The staff in Encino is very bad . They dont care of patients. Whenever I call them they dont answer and after leaving a message they dont call back. I will change the doctor.

This is the BEST Dr I have ever encountered in my life! He is the dream OB any pregnant woman will want. I can't not recommend Dr. Eshaghian and his amazing ENCINO Office team enough!

Receptionist artful to patients. The second after I had my baby she would ignore my wishes and didnt let me see or talk to the doctor. I am suffering from enorm pain and PPD after birth and was not able to do my job after 6 weeks and ask for a paper to be filled out like an extension so I can stay home and heal. She kept wishing me off and not letting me talk to the doctor. So one day I just waited one front of the office for him and told him what Happen and he happily filled it out and apologized. He did a good job delivering my baby and make me and my partner feel comfortable. Just the ladys on the front who will ignore your pain and struggle just because they dont like you and you dont from the same race as them.

Horrible service from the front desk. My experience with the front desk is why I am rating it 1 star! I am currently pregnant with a HIGH RISK PREGNANCY. My insurance referred me to them so I called to schedule an appointment to be seen as soon as possible. The first thing I was asked was, what insurance I had and if I had a referral on hand. I assume they treat their patients based on their insurance. I explained to them I did and wanted to be seen by the doctor as soon as possible because of my high risk pregnancy. The person who answered (had a Farsi accent) had the nerve to tell me she could not schedule me an appointment until January 2024 even though I called December 20. She went on telling me I could go in the next day and sit and wait in the lobby and if any appointments canceled then they would see me. But if no one cancelled then I wouldn't be seen. She went on telling me how the doctor is only in the office until 12 pm after that he goes to the hospitals so the doctor had a tight schedule. She did not care if my pregnancy was high risk or not. She continued telling me was I had the option to go to the Emergency Room or Urgent Care if necessary. I decided to call my insurance and switch gynecologist. I would highly recommend staying away from his place, the front desk people do not care about their patients and their pregnancies.
