Shin Sushi

This place is an absolute gem. It is a husband and wife owned business, the chef (husband) explains all dishes coming out, very friendly, you can tell heoves his job and takes his craft very seriously. His wife is the server, she is on top of everything, she is refilling glasses before they are empty, and very friendly. I won't post any pictures of the food, you have to experience the taste on your own. Shin Sushi is a must!

Easily the best sushi I have ever had in my life. Such a unique and interesting dining experience. Was not expecting such complex and varied flavors with each course. And the chef is a gem!

Chef is super funny and chatty. He loves explaining details about the food. Strongly recommend arriving on time, be early rather than be late. Sushi pieces were excellent. Appetizer to start was a very interesting mix of items. Dining experience felt very intimate. Only our group and another group were there. Worth the cost. Do not let the external location fool you, it is a lovely experience, and the food is excellent.
