Dr. Ralph Massey, MD

Do not use this office for Mose surgery, i made an appointment at the Encino office for a consultation with Dr Massey his lame office staff never notified us that they did not do the procedure there until he said he only performs it in Santa Monica i opted out to find someone closer and they charged me $349 for a five minute look over and he didn't even have a chart from the referring doctor of where exactly the cancer was. total rip off my insurance only paid half of this and they still would not let it go.

Dr.Massey is a wonderful and exceptionally competent plastic surgeon. I was so fortunate to have found him . He removed a fairly large growth from my upper back and I cannot say enough about his ability to keep me calm, pain free and interested in what he was doing on my back. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and appreciated his calm demeanor. I am now thinking of cosmetically removing other things from my body.

Can not say enough amazing things about Dr. Massey. My 86 year old grandmother had mixed up her appointment times and Dr. Massey was SO unbelievably gracious and still took her in despite the fact that it cut into his personal time. He could have easily turned us away and made us come back another day. He was kind to me, my grandmother, and my four year old daughter who I had to bring with me to my grandmothers appointment. He did a fabulous job on my grandmothers surgery which was a difficult one that other doctors wouldnt even touch. He was so considerate and used dissolvable stitches so my grandmother wouldnt have to come out for another trip to his office. Thankful and beyond grateful.
