I called this office to make an appointment to meet the dr. and they said you have to pay$400 to get to talk to the Dr. I explained that i need extensive work (full mouth reconstruction) and I would be more than happy to pay to speak with the Dr. I dont want to spend $400 and that I am meeting dentist to see who I would like to get the treatment with, I emailed the Doctor and I emailed the office- no one even bothered to respond- thank god my decision was made for me- they could care less about helping people and obviously their customer service is an example of how they treat their patients. STAY CLEAR!

Dr. Koslowski has been my dentist since 2018, l had cancer of the mouth and needed a dentist that knew my personal difficulties dealing with my teeth and radiation; Ronald is one in a billion. Great dentist, fantastic staff, he will be my dentist for the rest of my life.

My wife and I visited Dr. Ronald Koslowski for a consultation on March 10, 2022, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. While the consultation itself did not involve any dental work, the financial aspect of the visit proved to be a significant disappointment. Upon arrival, we were billed an exorbitant $595, and to our surprise, the only accepted method of payment was cash, as the clinic did not accept insurance. This inconvenience set the tone for what would become an even more frustrating encounter. The front desk staff attempted to schedule a follow-up appointment for a cleaning, which raised questions about the existence of a treatment plan. When I inquired about the plan, I was informed that it would be discussed after the cleaning. Unfortunately, due to the out-of-pocket expense of nearly $800 for the cleaning, we had to cancel the appointment. Upon cancellation, I reached out to the clinic requesting the treatment plan, given that we had already paid a substantial fee for the initial consultation. Shockingly, the front desk staff flatly refused to provide any information on the treatment plan, leaving me perplexed and dissatisfied. Paying almost $600 for a consultation that seemingly held our treatment plan hostage was not only unprofessional but also left a bitter taste in our mouths. It appears as if transparency and patient communication were sorely lacking in this dental practice. I am genuinely disappointed with the overall experience, and I cannot in good faith recommend Dr. Ronald Koslowski's dental services to anyone based on my personal encounter. It is my hope that this review serves as a cautionary tale for those considering this practice for their dental needs.
