        I had an appointment to surrender my car at Galpin Volvo on 7/18 with Sedgwick Claims Management. The Transfer Agent (Alexandria Moya) did not show for the appointment and did not call anyone until 3:30 pm. This lack of professionalism is apparently consistent with this companys management style and has been for some time now, at least according to My attorney
