We wouldn't work with anyone else. We used Tim a few years ago to find us property in Carlsbad and he did an outstanding job. When we recently decided to sell a home here we called on him again. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of the North County real estate market, works tirelessly and communicates in real time. I worked with Tim on both the sell and buy side and everything went so smoothly and efficiently. Couldn't ask for a better agent in San Diego! On the buy side, Tim was very patient as I was very picky in choosing a home to put an offer in. We looked at so many houses that I lost count. His experience and expertise of the neighborhood were very helpful in making sure I chose a home in a neighborhood that I would actually enjoy living in. On the sell side, Tim advised on the best things to update/fix and made sure the selling process went smoothly from start to finish. Tim is quite literally THE BEST and most KIND, EXPERIENCED, and quite literally ONE OF A KIND! Tim gives the best advice when it comes to giving the most enticing offer, and will get you the home of your dreams that is WITHIN your budget! He works with you and your budget. Ive had real estate agents that try to go outside of your budget but Tim is the most honest person ever and will work with you no matter the budget. He has a portal but is so open to your personal home findings and even gives advice on which seems the most competitive due to his extensive network. Tim is really great at his job and will respond to you quite literally at any hour because of how dedicated he is. He even has advice for considerations that you should make prior to purchasing a home. Hes a peoples person FOR SURE!! Highly recommend working with Tim in youre in the San Diego area!

Tim helped me find my first home and I couldnt have imagined a better person to guide me through this process. He was available 24/7, transparent & honest, and so supportive. He brought a sense of lightness, humor, and comfort during what can be a very stressful and complicated time. On top of all of that, he is extremely knowledgeable and hard working!
