Amy was fantastic to work with. We used Amy to sell and buy a house in a tight schedule/coordinated fashion. Amys familiarity with our neighborhood and the areas we were interested was so helpful. Everything from schools, to services, to types of events in the communities , and familiarity with the various HOAs and their challenges. It was great that every house Amy took us to see was a real option. Amy was very good at understanding what we needed/wanted and brought only those to our attention. On the sell side, Amys team of stagers, painters, electricians, etc.. helped us put the sell together very rapidly. She worked side by side with us the entire time.
