She was able to quickly show me a house last minute and help me get a competitive offer in to win the bidding war, but pay a price under the appraisal value! The funny thing is she actually told me what she thought the house was worth and was spot on when the appraisal came in. However, it was really in the closing process that Abby’s many years of experience and deep industry knowledge really began to shine. Our original lender fell through and Abby was able to find us a new lender that was able to close on a short timeline, saving my escrow money and ultimately our dream home purchase! Abby helped us buy a home in North San Diego County during an extremely challenging seller's market. We were new to the area and trying to do much of the process long distance as well.
