Surfhouse Boutique Hotel

We absolutely loved our stay here I truly cant imagine a better place to stay in Encinitas. Youre so close to the beach and so many amazing restaurants, and the coffee shop right next door was our very favorite. The bikes were an amazing touch we rode them everyday & had so much fun exploring the town. 10/10!

Wonderful place to stay! Of course youll have to walk a bit to the beach and pubs, thats the best part!

We had an absolute great stay. Location was perfect, close to Beacons (beach) and a great coffee shop, Coffee Coffee, with food. Rooms: Very nice, updated, immaculate. Nearby activities: Beacons - beach, surfing, amazing view of the sunsets. Walkability: You can walk to breakfast, lunch or dinner. Food & drinks: Great location, lots of choices and an amazing coffee shop right across the street.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights and loved it! Endless options to amazing dining within walking distance or a short car ride. Walking distance to a cliff that overlooks the ocean, also an incredible surf break that we went to every morning. The hotel is cute and modern, you can tell it's new.

My stay at Surfhouse Encinitas was a big win during my recent business trip! They've got an amazing surf spot within a 2-min walk, and I was very happy with the coffee situation at Coffee Coffee just across the street. The room was cozy and had a great vibe, too, and I didn't mind the train that folks mentioned. I can see how that may bother some, but the Surfhouse had a great in-room sound device for sleeping. That combined with the super comfy bed and some ear plugs made for some very nice Z's. Surfhouse Encinitas did a great job balancing the combo of work and play, and I'm already planning my next visit! Rooms: Super clean. Loved the stone floor section by the sink and in the shower. Felt good on the bare feet! Nearby activities: Two great surfing beaches close by. Not so sure they'd be great beaches for kids, though. Tough walk down the stairs to the beach, and.the beach is rocky. Not a ton of sand. Walkability: Great spot in town with great local-only shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.
