Some cute stuff, but other stores in the area carry similar items for a better price. The few times I've been in there, the staff is snippy and grumpy. Not welcoming whatsoever. After my last experience, I won't be shopping here again.

The items in this store are very expensive. It's about five times the normal cost. For example, a pillow that you could get next door at Home Goods for $30 cost $150 here. A small fake succulent that would go for $20 costs $68 here.

Lovely treasure. There's a lot of lamps,,chandeliers, accessories to choose from..its a retail store and not just interior design,although those services are available Very nice staff. .

I have never written a bad review before so hopefully that will give you some insight into how I feel about the experience with Thrive Interiors. My husband and I ordered a custom sofa in August 2022. We were told it would take approx. 6 weeks. Having been in the interior design industry in the past, I realize there may be delays. However, it is now Nov. 17, 2022 and we have received NO update about our custom order. I've reached out or called at least 7 times and each time I hear, "I'm so sorry, we'll look into it and get right back to you." No one get's back to me, including the owner Wendy, who we purchased the sofa from. I'm incredibly disappointed, not with just how long it has taken to get our sofa but in the lack of customer service and communication from Thrive. It's a super cute store and it's too bad they lost a great customer.
