They took me in almost walk in for a haircut. My stylist was Alex, she said shed been doing hair for nine years. I was very thankful to get someone with so much experience. I asked for a trim to clean up my layers without adding any new ones. I explained I was growing my layers out and working towards my hair all being the same length. Her touch during the wash was on the rough side and my face got splashed a few times. She cut the back and sectioned my hair to dust my layers but didnt bring any of it to the front to compare sides or see how falls. This is what I walked away with. There is no coherent shape, my two sides are uneven and the ends are jagged without harmony. I considered walking back in to ask for a remedy but from the initial result I lost all trust for having anyone here touch my hair. Im shocked at the results given the good reviews I read.

I was so excited to get a blowout here to start my San Diego trip (I shop here every time I visit) I wanted to love my service but unfortunately it was the worst blowout Ive ever had. There is so much product in my hair I cant even run my hands through it, the curls are uneven, my extensions were handled so rough they are now loose (they were installed 4 days ago and were not prior to my appointment), I was burned multiple times (photo attached), when I pointed out my issues with the hair she told me she didnt see what I saw The ladies at the front were very kind and I was offered a discount but after seeing how big the burns are and how bad the back of my hair is Im upset I even paid as much as I did. Update - the owner did call me to discuss and was kind and understanding, she did offer a refund on the service and offered to personally do my blow out during my next visit - her professionalism definitely deserves acknowledgment
