CLOSED: Drybar - Encinitas

Really bad experience! I do admit that I was a few minutes late (not that anyone answers the phone to explain) But they argued with me for 4 minutes that they could only do a dry style because I was late and there was a client after me. When I said lets just try squeeze in a wash the stylist replied fine but youll leave here with wet hair With 1 min to spare she finished and, alas, no clients waiting. The stylist did an average job at best and rather than spending a few mins touching it up she chose to leave me to finish my hair and stood in another mirror doing her own hair. Very petty Not going back

I am writing to share my experience. I had a blowout scheduled at 1:45pm, and drybar Encinitas cancelled same day. They said they had people call in sick. I said I was flexible and could come at any time I just needed a blowout that day only because I had a photo shoot. They could not accommodate me at any time. They offered a free add on service for my next blow out. I was very disappointed with this outcome. Service: Blowouts

I am so confused on how anyone could write a bad review on this place. Must be a total Karen if you are!!! Everyone at Drybar Encinitas is beyond friendly and accommodating! I have super long thick hair and they always go the extra mile! I feel so lucky that this business exists and I am happy to make it one of the best parts of my weekly life routine.

I am beyond pleased with my entire experience I recently had at Drybar Encinitas. My stylist, Clare, was right on time for my 9am appointment on a Thursday morning. I immediately felt like she was going to take excellent care of my hair with the questions she asked before she began the shampoo/conditioning. She read my hair type perfectly and knew how it should be dried and the amount of hot tool/product styling to achieve the longest lasting, perfectly-bent waves that I have ever had from a professional blow-dry. It is now Monday (4 days later) and after I brush my hair to revive it, it looks as good as day 2! Clare also has a kind, funny and relatable personality which added so much to the experience. I highly recommend her and will absolutely request her the next time I am able to treat myself to this service!
