Andy is a great representative for this company! He called this morning to let us know he was on his way and arrived on time. Super friendly, polite, and well-versed in all things garage door. The only bummer is that we ended up spending a lot more than anticipated on our garage door repair but since we had not done ANY maintenance in over 10 years, we probably deserved some extra problems. Door Pros were awesome! I received a quote 6 months ago and sat on it. To my surprise steel prices have increased substantially and the quote had gone up significantly due to the shortage. Additionally the turn around time was now 13 weeks as opposed to 3. However, Leila, was great and called around and found the garage door I needed and said they could deliver and install it within 3 days! WOW! She also gave us a great discount because she felt bad the quote had gone up so much! Sure enough, the day after, David came by to install the door and motor! He was professional, quick and clean! Andrew and Andy were phenomenal as well! This is a company that clearly values their customers and works hard to make their customers happy! I will no doubt recommend Door Pros and will use them next time!

The whole experience was easy, respectful, and seamless. Same day service and my jammed garage door was able to be fixed quickly with only a $99 service fee - phew and thank you!

Every aspect of the process was delightful and professional. Starting with the young man that gave me an estimate being well educated and laid back to the install team hustling while not cutting any corners. Install Date - 9/9/20 I was referred to this company by a friend and they immediately impressed me with their price, employees, and quality. They use high quality products and usually can get you scheduled fast. Because of COVID they had a lot of jobs backed up from the previous months so I had to wait a couple weeks for the door install. Everything was discussed with me over the phone and there were no surprises. I received estimates from DoorPros, Precision, and Great American Door and Screen. I was so blown away by the estimate that I actually called DoorPros to confirm their price. The other companies were very nice and professional but I couldn’t overlook the incredible difference in price. Criticisms: The manufacturer shipped the door and it was damaged so I had to wait longer for a new part to arrive. In this specific situation DoorPros told me over the phone the manufacturer provided them a discount for the inconvenience and DoorPros happily passed that discount to me without hesitation...yea not much of a criticism is it? :) I highly recommend this company and I will not go anywhere else for my garage door needs. Side Note: Don’t mind the dirty cars. Lol
