I have been very satisfied with Herman Cook's service department. They have the staff and expertise to handle the ID4s and their issues. The service managers are great.

My experience with service at Herman Cook is always fantastic. Service reps are friendly and always keep me updated on the progress of my appointment. I've been to other dealers for service and Herman Cook is superior.

Hi Rachel, thank you. Alan and Ricardo in Service are great. I've mentioned this more than once, but I am always less than thrilled to talk to the 2 girls that answer the phone / help with payments and or loaner cars. It is very obvious to me that they don't smile, are not friendly, and give off an attitude, which I'm old enough and experienced in everyday human action and Sales most of my life to know that, at some point, some is going to respond that, " they are shy," or something to that effect. Not polite of friendly is my experience. And as much as I really don't want to take time out of my day to write this, with the concern that it will fall on deff ears, or resistance, I feel it's the right thing to share. Perhaps they are daughters of the owner, or some scenario like that. Also, I do not have to higher people, so as much as I hear the job pool for these types of positions is not very high, i'm sure the company could do better. A smile. Some indication that they want to help, or even be there is not too much to ask. I've over shared perhaps. My apologies if so, but there you go.
