    For the size of units, rent is good but parking is a serious issue here and getting corporate attention (decisions) is challenging (maint, parking, etc). Moderate walk-ability score.

    If I could give a minus I absolutely would especially in regards to management and the complete handling of a senior community. As tenant 110 I attest that everything Antonio stated is 100% true, and was not inaccurate and absolutely NOT unfounded. We moved here thinking the atmosphere would be pleasant and peaceful and it has proven to be completely the opposite. The residents are amazing however the conditions have definitely been substandard. In regards to some of the statements that management and Regional Manager had to fight daily??? Id love that explained we pay our rent, and utilities$175 (1st person), additional $40 (2nd person), we personally pay $150 for assigned parking so whats being fought for if the premises was tenant ready there should have been minor issues NOT monumental issues such as NO hot water until 2/22/23, 4 residents Ive talked including us STILL do not have heaters other than small space heaters we had to purchase ourselves. The hallways are always freezing There is not adequate parking I believe 12, & a handicapped and 3 street parking however office staff & maintenance constantly park in the garage even when there is street parking available. My car was vandalized twice. Laundry rooms are now open and smell sour and rancid already. The office continually lies to residents saying heaters were ordered for months, Ferguson confirmed heaters not ordered until February 15 and they were A/C not heaters, Direct TV confirmed no boxes were order( but we are charged for cable)Only recently in the last couple of weeks has there been consistent office staff and ONLY after I complained again on 3/9 about having to go to the office to receive my mail has it since been dropped at my door. I have since emailed the manager I have black mold in my bathroom I was told to submit a work order. A complete joke as I noticed management stated they respond with both kindness and swiftness! I texted Azure Emergency # on last Tuesday 6:00 pm because there was an alarm going off in the main area they did not respond until Friday @10:02 am. This is a senior community it should be protected we went weeks without the trash being picked up. It is appalling that people on a fixed income have to go buy space heaters or hotspots, or sling/ Hulu because they dont have cable. So think carefully before choosing this complex for your loved one! You see this happen elsewhere BUT in Encinitas its pretty shocking, and heartbreaking And I have documentation of 100% absolutely everything thing in this review both emails, text and photos.
