Horrible service from the Emeryville supervisor, Joel Corona. Two weeks after being told Geico was going to evaluate a phone call to determine whether my coverage had been properly explained, he hadn't done that and proceeded to mansplain about why collision coverage wasn't recommended to me. He talked over me several times and accused me of lying, all without having done any research to determine the validity of what I was saying. Do yourself a favor and avoid doing business with Geico and their Emeryville office. particularly Joel Corona.
