So after going around in 3 circles and doing hula hoops trying to get to a office that wasn't closed during my schedules appointment time. Twice in a row, I showed up to a letter on the door saying they were closed. ( no communication at all) I finally get my tooth extracted.... Half the tooth is still in my mouth. I called for a emergency appointment and they tell me they are full. Oaky, here's where I lost it. She then tells me I cant go to another dentist to get the rest of my tooth pulled because it has to be done at the same office. Are you serious? You cant see me so no one can? What a joke. Better off going to Mexico.

I just got to the office for a scheduled 12pm appointment that was confirmed multiple times, most recently last night. When I arrived there appeared to be no one in the office. I called the appt scheduling line and a helpful person shared that the office unexpectedly closed for the day, even though they had multiple people on the schedule. I was not informed of this closure and there is no signage on the door. This is unacceptable when many people take off work and travel significant distances for appts such as this. The lack of respect for patients' time is shocking. I have been rescheduled for a new appt and will update my review once I complete my new patient appt.

I had a apt at 10 this morning they never opened the door me along with 6 other people were outside waiting very unprofessional I definitely would no record going to this office
