Very rude for people hold vouncher. The supervisor and manager are not really take the vouncher. They treat you like dog and asked you leave. I felt so bad with someone treated like these. I got sick afterwards and got depression with breathing promble. I happy my family came to help me. I have been treated differently but not being kick out like these because I speak English, mandiran, and taiwanese. I have never thought I will face to be happen like these.

I found on the website an apartment searching tool told they are accepting Income restrictions, that was very nice. The place I see is much better in our bay area compared with others . Where you can find an Income restricted or anything assistant. Staff seem nice and do not see anything not willing to help you. My sister , for the first time, they are willing to guide her.

I understood that posting here might not be as good. However, I really worry people like us will treat the same things because they need it. We need it to live here to rest. Not ask you to leave or something. I am sorry! This place are taking any rental assistance. I thought they were but ended up with nothing. They blame on you and treat people with vouchers like nothing and need to please them. I got kicked out ten times like a dog. The new management seems nothing at all. I like the one who I met with great experience and know more. He would teach and help you. Jose More if I have a spell right. It is really disrespectful. They are act like police and throw you out. Oh my god. We are low income. Still need to be treated like these. I have never thought it will end like these today. I am very sad! 4 months been play as fool. I have never thought I will a benefits. The company great but some of people seem not really treat us right.

Update: The office called me and told that they were sorry about making us sign the wrong lease and price, unfortunately they wouldnt do anything to fix the mistakes, the only reason they had to call me is to let me know they have saw my comments on the Google map so they needed to check with me. I dont get what is the point of this bothering at all. The management team REALLY need to work on their jobs. I am currently living in this apartment. The management is so awful, the Amazon and online deliveries are not allowed to be delivered to your apartment. You have to walk 2 blocks away to pick up your package from their office like you were living in a college dorm. Many times the office closed or nobody works inside, so you have to walk to their buildings multiple times and wish yourself lucky this time. They also rise the apartment lease price after you have already signed the contract, and let you sign a more expensive price second time right before you moved in, they were using our desperation to earn more money, we had packed everything and had to pay more for the same apartment, I dont think this is legal.
