        I attended Michelle's class and had the most amazing time. I am completely new to Yoga, so the class was quite challenging me for me, but I came out of it feeling loose, relaxed and calm. I recommend Chandra for anyone regardless of skill level, or for any purpose you choose to do Yoga. Simply terrific

        This yoga studio is amazing. I started in Melissas beginners workshop and I cant say enough about what an amazing teacher she is. Her ability to read the room and deliver a class that meets everyones need is truly amazing. I have taken classes from 3 of the instructors and they are all great. I always leave feeling grounded, healthy, and strong. They have turned a former very non-yoga type person into a yoga lover!

        If I could give Chandra Yoga 10 stars, I would. I've been attending classes weekly since the studio opened and I have yet to try a class and not walk out feeling absolutely relaxed. The instructors are so amazing and they all make you feel at home from the moment you walk in. Try one class and you too will be hooked! Thank you Melissa for creating such a beautiful and relaxing space in Elk Grove.

      Founded by Melissa Campbell, an Elk Grove local, our space has been been created from the sheer desire to have a place to feel good, through connection and no veils. Chandra is a vinyasa based studio; but through guest teachers and workshops, we will incorporate a wide variety of styles and teachings.
