24 Hour Window Tinting

Terrible job on my car. They left glue bubbles on the window and there is a crease in the tint. When I called to discuss my concern the owner proceeded to tell me it is illegal to tint the two front windows (Drivers & passenger) and that he only did it as a favor. I know what is legal and what is not and yes getting 5% window tint can get you a ticket but that is up to the customer to take that chance. The only reason I went with this company is the price and the fact that they could get me in on that day. Service: Privacy window films

I just wanted to share my experience dealing with this business. I reached out and got a quote, I liked the numbers, so I scheduled services. Then upon further review, I noticed they only had 1 review. So I reached out again to 1) Reschedule my services as I was busy that day anyway, and 2) To obtain pictures/Refrences/Warrenty information to verify the quality of their services. As soon as I asked for refrences, the individual I was texting with called me "Indecisive" and said they would no longer provide me services. Thats fine, Small businesses have a right to refuse service, and I support that right. I just wanted to share how suspicious it was that I was immediately denied services and shutout the minute I tried to verify the quality of their work. I'm sure they are a wonderful company who provide great service, but I cannot give them more than 1 star because I'll never know as they wont serve me. Happy to change my review if I am happy with services provided.
