        This by far the worst animal hospital Ive ever been to! They only want your money and the women there are petty and hatful. They dont care if your pet is suffering or in pain they just want your money! Please listen and keep your pet as far Away from this clinic as possible!!!

        I like this bet clinic but not some of the staff. Dr. Toor is really nice 2 years ago when i first start bringing my pet to them, their review was at 4.8. Now, its at 4.2 ???? He needs to hire more decent staff and not someone (Duquin) who would hang up the phone to a customer.

      We are sorry to hear about your experience at Stonelake Animal Hospital. Our hospital aims to provide the best care possible for your pet. Unfortunately since you did not give your pet the recommended medication at the time of the exam and waited a month to call for the medication we can only advise that we recheck the pet to insure he does not need a different medication as the pets condition can get worse the longer you wait to treat the matter. As well we were very disappointed to hear you yelled and cursed at one of our employees over the phone resulting in us no longer providing services to you. We hope your pet gets the medical care he needs.
