First American Title Company was amazing during our home buying process. For their part in the process, they made everything that they were involved in extremely easy. The staff were fantastic, and kept us updated whenever something changed or something was required on our end, while staying on top of everything they were expected to do. When it came time to sign the paperwork for the house, they made the process as painless and easy to understand as anyone could possibly hope for it to be.

Zena was extremely helpful through the entire process, and even more so as it was my First Time home buying. She was knowledgeable, patient, and always available for questions if needed.

First American staff were polite and professional. They paid attention to detail, explained things thoroughly, reached out to me to keep me updated while waiting for requirements for closing to be ready. I had already moved away from the area but because First American is large, the office that's local to my new home handled my signing and Brittany handled the buyers'. I left the signing thinking my interests had been well-served and well-protected.
