This should be a zero star review.
Been doing my taxes with H&R Block for 25+ years. Today I dropped off my docs and the front desk wanted to take my driver's license and write down my info on a piece of paper to "verify" its me. I showed my license but refused to have them jot my info on a loose leaf paper. They said its their policy and I disagreed. I called later and expressed my concern. I don't know what I said but a tax preparer said I was being rude. So I came back to take my docs and said I did not want to do business with them any longer. She said, "we don't need your business" as other clients listened in the lobby. I hope the security cameras caught all that happened so it can be used for training.
Bad experience that I do not wish on anyone. Thanks for the years of service. Too bad H&R Block staff lacked emotional intelligence.

I've been going to hrblock for 20 years and they always take good care of me. They make it convenient and allow me to drop off at my convenience. And file in a timely manner. Super professional, friendly, and always available if i have questions.
