        Raquel was very friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and organized. The area feels safe by the appearance. So far, I'm super happy with renting a storage space here. Raquel was thorough getting me setup and was able to answer all of my questions. Manager material!

        What a joke. This company doesnt want to pay anyone to be in office so they lie with emergency excuses and runarounds. The Area Manager wont call back. They post open but they're closed causing me to pay extra for movers and trucks no reimbursement or regards for wasting customers time. You never get even get a return call from office or Area Manager. Im reporting to BBB.
