The people who work here are offensive and they have outdated equipment. They don't know what they're doing most of the time.

These folks KNOWINGLY and fraudulently attempted to assign invoices to a business that were not part of the account. When it was refused payment, and asked for proper documentation, (which was never provided), they decided to send it to collections. A collection agency with an F RATING with the BBB, (seems like you're in cahoots with like minds)... When addressed about it, Larry, (the owner), LAUGHED, and basically said, "Oh, well, it's under your name!" How about NOT allowing people to bill to whomever they choose without proper authorization? Why can't you show legitimate invoices for the charges??? You know you're foul. And I hope that others do now, too.
