DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

No one asked me if I needed help. Had to interrupt employees talking . When I did get help, employee did not go out of her way to help.i I did not get the shoe I wanted.

Very minimal size selection. We ended up buying a different pair of shoes than what we wanted, and even then my daughter had to buy shoes that were 1/2 size smaller than she actually wears, so we bought very thin socks to go with them. The ones we purchased also had stained laces...Not acceptable for a $65 pair of shoes. There are no signs differentiating between sections and shoe types, which I find absolutely bizarre. No signs saying "women's athletics", "men's dress shoes", etc. The store is big, but very poorly designed. A lot of the dress shoes looked like cheap $10 shoes from Payless, but charging $60+. Not my favorite experience, but in the end we were able to find two pairs she could live with.

Absolutely shocking; every single time I've come here there are lots of staff who do nothing but ignore customers. The woman at the cash register had really long nails and couldn't even use the POS system without struggling. The education system has failed, I was getting $2 back and asked to give her $3 and get a $5. This person legitimately said "i can't do that, it's already in the system" the cash register was still open. It took her ages to check the shoe sizes because of the claws as well. Ridiculous.
