Our experience has been a rough one. Things were promised and not kept. One person says one thing and then another person says another. Their online live chat is a joke no one ever answers. You call in and they put existing customers through a hard time to reach an actual agent. Then those agents have heavy indian accents to the point you cant understand what they are saying and it gets you very annoyed. When we first started this process with Intoxalock we weren't informed of all the charges. They charge for every little thing. Theres a fee for everything literally. It adds more stress to an already horrible situation. Beware of how they try to convince you to go with them. Make sure you ask questions and look at the reviews, as i did not. We feel betrayed and lied too.
