The Park is one of the most elegant senior living communities out there. I have toured so many and this one truly stands out. The staff is phenomenal. They even do a red carpet for new residents. So special! Also the food is INCREDIBLE and lots of activities to build community. I can't say enough good things about The Park. Would highly recommend!

Lived at The Park In Laguna Springs for 1.5 years. Could not recommend it. Like my wife and I , many residents have moved , about 1/2 of them ,to other Senior Living Facilities. Why? My opinion---Management does not listen to or correct resident concerns, value for $$ spent is not there, Changes in staff are numerous and often seem ill advised. Many positive reviews you read were made by employees (past and present) of Koelsch. In the midst of numerous and varied resident complaints the company had the chutpah to raise the rent 8% !? Similar and/or other facilities offer the same amenities at a more reasonable rent/cost.

The Park is a wonderful community in Elk Grove. A luxurious senior living option with amazing amenities. If you have had not had the chance to visit in person you are missing out, it is a true gem!
