        Seems to be a continuous issue with their printing services machines being down. Why should I or any customer have to pay 3.50 to log-in on their computers to print when the printing service was already ordered online.(24hrs in advanced). If your system is down then the STORE should cover the cost of using the computers, as it is NOT our fault. Its completely dumb, and the manager (franchise) needs to consider

        The employee Alex who was helping me was really sweet and was trying to help me figure something out, its the owner who is absolutely rude I will never be going back to this location knowing the owner of it is this way

      Hi, we'd like to speak with you to clarify your notary experience. Our services are world-class, and we certainly want to ensure a great visit for all customers. We'd be happy to connect with you at [email protected]. Thank you. We have 5 associates waiting for the Secretary of State to send the new licenses to my associates for Notary services, it has been 5 months since the Secretary of State had the background checks as well as the fees for the class and the associates have passed their respective tests, and yet we are still waiting for the Secretary of DState here in California to get the associates licenses to the so we can move forward. we do have 4 current notaries in th store working various shifts in the meantime, please call us to confirm that there is a notary on staff so we can assist you in your needs.
