Rod recently sold my mothers home after almost a two year struggle with will and probate problems. I live in Pennsylvania. Rod was a god send. He went above and beyond what you would ever expect from your sales person. When anything came up, he handled it for me. We had water damage and he jumped right in and got it taken care of before any more damage occurred. He repeatedly mowed the lawn for me as I knew no one. He did clean up, would run out to help purchaser get some measurements and check colors. Kept an eye on yards and pool. He is the ultimate salesman. I would recommend him to family and friends. I was a first time buyer and Rod was so patient with me through the entire process I never felt pressured. He had our best interest at heart and he made sure we were able to buy a hamburger after mortgage is paid meaning we can still afford to eat out. He helped us get our dream house. And he stays in touch with us! We love the little gifts he leaves at our door during a holiday and sends us monthly brochures with house tips and yummy recipes
