LuAnn was the perfect agent to help me sell my mom's place in Lodi. This property was out of her usual geographic and price range but she agreed to take us on. I really appreciate her flexibility to help us even though I expected her to refer us. She had the connections to make the listing happen very quickly, including interior and exterior upgrades. She was even able to find a roofer to replace the one we originally and who completed the job within 2 weeks. Her advice on the best type of upgrades was spot on. We chose not to tackle some of the more expensive upgrades and this worked out just fine. She helped strategize how to handle one aspect of the house as an "as is" offer (the deck.) In total, very good judgment tailored to what we were willing to take on. The result was 14 offers. She helped me choose the best quality buyer/buyer's agent. This is quite crucial in getting to the finish line as there were many back and forths, but successfully compromised for all. Really an excellent agent whose advice is something you should follow!

Best real estate agent. LuAnn was truly exceptional. She guided us every step of the way. We found LuAnn when we were searching for highly rated local real estate agents online. After I talked to her for consultation we knew right away she would be a good fit for our house hunting needs. LuAnn was always available whenever I reached out to her with any questions or concerns. She would call us back in a reasonable amount of time if she was not able to answer our calls. LuAnn also referred us to a broker who was amazing. He was able to give us the lowest interest rate we could get at the time. They made the house buying process easy for us.

Excellent buyer's agent and would absolutely use in the future. We contacted LuAnn to serve as our buyer's agent for our first time home purchase and could not be happier with her and her team. - Straightforward and communicative - Able to answer all of my questions AND her team had a lot of documentation prepared for me to reference that covered the entire process - LuAnn really went out of her way to push for our best interests at every turn - LuAnn has a great network that made it easy for getting recommendations for financing, inspections and more, and I never felt pressured to use her recommendations (but ended up doing so because just like LuAnn, they were all great!) - Overall pleasant person and I enjoyed all my interactions with her :) We would definitely recommend LuAnn and would work with her again in a heartbeat!

Great Agent is Critical. Selecting the right agent is key in this challenging market. Interview agents as they are the liaison with YOUR money whether buying or selling. After signing, LuAnn had my house listed and hosted an open house within 14 days. LuAnns marketing is impressive! Great photos along with her own YouTube narrative of a walk and talk through my home. Along with the MLS, she lists on several other platforms for maximum exposure. I listed end of July with hopeful optimism, but interest rates were bumping up weekly, homes cutting prices and sitting. Finally had multi offers. Unfortunately our buyer made the transaction difficult. Knowing LuAnn was a text or call away helped alleviate my stress. This is when a great agent deals with the unpleasantries and I could just smile when all was funded! Through it all, LuAnn became a friend who listened and advised as a friend wouldbut bottom line, delivered as a professional. I can definitely say, LuAnn earned her commission!! Thank you LuAnn for the crazy journey! Also kudos to her administrative staff, Ashlee kept me updated weekly on my listing and guided me what now after I accept an offer.

Best agent in the Sacramento/Elk Grove area!! We purchased a new build with LuAnn and she was with us through the entire process! She wouldn't let the big builders take advantage us. She got us the best price and even lowered our initial deposit! You might not think you need an agent for a new build, but she made a huge difference in our home purchasing experience. She really works hard for you. I highly recommend LuAnn for anyone looking to purchase a new build or an existing home!
