James has been fantastic throughout the years. Hes been a great help with finding deals for rental properties and getting our primary residence. Super insightful and helpful when it comes to negotiating/strategy with the other buyer/seller, dealing with tenants, spotting issues or red flags with a property or area, and staging without breaking the bank to make your listing pop. Whenever Im browsing Zillow etc for deals, he always seems to find something better. Been working with him since 2015 and will continue to do so in the future.
