It was a pleasure to work with Amanda, she would go above and beyond for her clients, her work ethics is outstanding and it is hard to find someone as hardworking and knowledgeable as Amanda. Management fees is very reasonable and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for help on property management.

I had sold three houses with Amanda Caban who is my property manager. When I decided to sell my house. I used Amanda Caban because I enjoy working with her and she have knowledge and experiences selling, buying and property management. Why would I want to look else where when I already work with experiences broker name Amanda Caban.

Amanda at Sacramento Valley Property Management is the way to go. If you are looking for the top property manager she is your go-to girl. She is outstanding at her job extremely knowledgeable and has the best interest of her customers in mind. Being out of town, I felt like i was working with family who really took good care of my rental property. She's honest and her prices are the most reasonable in Sac. I highly recommend Amanda as she will not disappoint. Best in the business and very professional!

Finding a good property manager wasnt that easy for me. I had made phone calls and got lucky to speak with quite a few. Some of them were not that attentive and communication dropped in the air. However, Amanda is exceptional. She knows the ins and outs of the business. She was patiently explaining her roles and mine (since Im a first time landlord). Her fees are reasonable. We have been having a smooth and peaceful business relationship even though the tenant is challenging. She protects my interests to the best she can. She also makes sure that the tenant is in a safe position. Amanda carries a professional attitude. She is completely in charge of the situation as agreed upon. She keeps me informed of pertinent details. Most of all, Amanda never ignored my calls. I have no regrets having her as my property manager. This is a stress-less or stress-free business dealings.
