        I purchased a tank and installation for my new home in January. Ferrellgas brought out the tank and did the install. During the inspection by the Fire Department the tank didn't pass because Ferrellgas did not supply a Specification Sheet for the tank. For 3 weeks I have been trying to get that one sheet of information and Ferrellgas can't come up with it so I'm sitting hear with a house I can't use. So after 3 weeks they just called and they will pick up the tank that I can't use and reimburse me for the tank. I had to figure that out for them. Highly unprofessional.

        We have had nothing but great service. Drivers are courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Upgraded our tank without any problem. Signed up for their great autofill program. Office employees are great with customer service and suggestions. Pleased with the price per gallon. Outstanding company!

        Just purchased my own tank from Ferrellgas at what seems a reasonable price. Installation was on time and flawless. Ferrellgas currently has the lowest fuel price among its competitors. Hope it stays that way! 5 years later, I am still very happy with Ferrellgas. Through ups and downs, they always seem to have the best price. And they are the only one who will give you a price quote over the phone. Since I bought my own tank, described above, I can have anyone fill it. The drivers are always helpful and freely give advice to save money, like the best time of year to buy, and act with common sense. I had no appointment recently, and happened to notice their truck next door. I walked over and after a couple phone calls, I was able to buy 200 gallons on the spot. This amount will last me until July or August, when a full refill can be done at the lowest annual price. All I deal with at Ferrellgas, whether in the truck or office, are the friendliest to deal with. Hope all stays that way!
